I just happened to be lucky enough to walk outside one day and see this! This is when we lived in Harrah. It was a remarkable sight, and as good as the pictures turned out, I cannot describe how crystal clear and beautiful it was! 
I am sure you noticed, but if not, there are actually two rainbows here.
